Pratik Land Developers

We are based out of the Pratik Sai Shrishti area, which is out past Thane towards Murbad. It is a bit of a drive from the main city, but that is where the land is. We spend most of our time looking at sites and dealing with the logistics of development projects in this part of Mumbai. It is a growing area, though it still feels a bit quiet compared to the center. We started out small and stayed that way because we like being able to keep an eye on everything ourselves. The office is simple and we are usually out on-site more than we are sitting behind a desk. Murbad has changed quite a bit since we first came here. You see more construction every year. Our work involves a lot of walking around and checking on progress. It can get pretty dusty and hot during the summer months. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People mostly hear about us from others who live around here. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes the roads out here are not the best, so we spend a lot of time in the truck. We just want to get the projects finished properly so we can move on to the next one. It is a practical life and we are happy being part of the growth happening out this way. There is always something new to look at or a problem to solve on the ground, which keeps us on our toes every single day.
