We’re located over at Plot No. 13A in the warehouse section of Sector 19A in Vashi. Pratik Arham Developers Llp operates out of this space, and it’s definitely more of a practical environment than a polished office. Since we’re in a warehouse area, there are always trucks coming and going, and a lot of industrial activity around us. Our part of the building is where we keep all the records and do the daily planning. It can get a bit dusty with all the movement outside, but we don’t mind. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a big table where we spread out our drawings. Vashi is a great place to be because it’s so well-connected, even if this specific sector is a bit gritty. We don’t do the whole corporate image thing. We’re usually in our work clothes, ready to head out to a site at a moment’s notice. There’s no receptionist to greet you, just whoever is closest to the door. We handle everything from here, from the first sketches to the final paperwork. It’s a busy atmosphere, but we have a good system going. We usually grab lunch from one of the local stalls nearby. It’s a very grounded way to work. We just focus on the projects and make sure everything is built right. That’s our life here in the Vashi warehouse district, just working hard every day.
