PRANOVATIVE CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based in Kalyan, specifically in the Khadakpada area. Our office is inside Kamala Jiwan Apartment, in Block Number 13. It is a residential building, so it feels very much like a home office most of the time. We have a couple of desks set up where we handle all the construction planning and the paperwork for our private limited company. Outside, the street is usually full of traffic, but inside we just focus on the drawings and the material lists. We deal with a lot of suppliers from around Thane, so the phone is always ringing with someone asking about a delivery or a price change. We aren't the type to wear suits; you’ll usually find us in plain clothes, maybe with some mud on our boots if we just came back from a site visit. Khadakpada has changed a lot lately, and we’ve been here watching the buildings go up one by one. Our work is mostly about the nuts and bolts of construction, making sure the foundation is right and the plumbing works. We don’t spend money on fancy brochures or big signs. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just stopping by the apartment. We drink a lot of coffee, talk to a lot of engineers, and try to keep our projects moving forward despite the usual delays. It’s just the way the building business goes in a place like this when you're just starting out.
