POORNA VALUE HOMES LLP

We’ve been running Poorna Value Homes LLP for a while now out of our office in Room 702 at the Highland Anex building. It's over in the Lilly wing of the Siddhi Real Estate area in Thane. If you know the neighborhood, it’s a pretty busy spot. Honestly, most days here are just about keeping up with paperwork and talking to people looking for a place to live around Maharashtra. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that, just a desk and some chairs where we try to get things sorted. Thane is growing fast, so there's always something going on with housing. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but we like being central. It’s a small team here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out checking on sites. It isn’t always glamorous work, just regular stuff like checking documents and making sure buildings are moving along. We try to keep things straightforward. If you come by the Highland Anex, you’ll find us on the seventh floor. The lift works most of the time, thank goodness. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the local property scene since we started. People just want a decent roof over their heads without too much fuss. That’s basically what we handle. It’s just us doing our jobs day in and day out in this corner of Thane. Nothing too complicated about it.
