We operate out of Flat C 801 in the Sai Radiance building. It’s located across plots 59, 60, and 61 in Sector 15 of CBD Belapur. If you’ve spent any time in Navi Mumbai, you know this area is pretty active with a lot of offices and residents mixed together. Our office isn't anything too grand, just a functional space where the Pipre Projects team gets together to work. We spend most of our time dealing with the various details of our projects from here. Being up on the eighth floor gives us a bit of a view, though we’re mostly focused on the screens and papers in front of us. Thane and Navi Mumbai have grown so fast, and we’re right in the middle of it. We usually start our day early to avoid the worst of the traffic coming into Belapur. It’s just a few of us here making sure everything stays on track. We don't really go for big speeches or fancy presentations. We just like to get the job done and go home. People often drop by when they are in the neighborhood, and it’s usually quite a casual atmosphere. The building itself is well-known around Sector 15. We’ve found that being in this part of Navi Mumbai makes it easy to reach different sites. It’s a decent place to work from, and we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home to us now.
