Penta-Star Developers Llp is located over in Nerul West. If you know the area, you probably know Sector 28. Our office is in the Lotus Chs building, specifically up on the fourth floor in Flat No. 401. It’s a residential-style building, which we like because it feels more personal and less like those cold office blocks you see in other parts of the city. Being in Nerul means we are part of a real community where people actually live and go about their daily routines. Plot No. 88 is easy to find if you’re familiar with the local landmarks. We spend a lot of time in this office, going over plans and talking through different ideas for our projects. It’s not a huge space, but it’s got enough room for us to do what we need to do. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time, although it can get a bit hectic when we have things piling up. We don't really go for the whole corporate polish or fancy decor. We just want a place where we can sit down, have a cup of tea, and get to work without distractions. Most of the people who come by are locals or people we’ve known for a while. It’s a good spot for us, and we’ve become quite fond of the building. We just do our work and go home like everyone else.
