Our office is in Bhiwandi, right at Dhamankar Naka in the Sainath Complex. We are on the second floor, and the house number is 282/16. If you know the Telipada area, it’s right in the middle of all that daily hustle and bustle. Bhiwandi is a very busy place, always something moving, mostly trucks and heavy goods going somewhere. Our building, Sainath Complex, is a bit of a local landmark around here. It’s definitely not a new building, so it has plenty of character, and maybe a few cracks in the walls or old paint here and there. We’ve got a couple of rooms where we handle all the daily Pens Builders & Developers business. It can get pretty noisy with the traffic from Dhamankar Naka, but you stop noticing the horns after the first week of working here. We don't have a lot of extra space, so things are stacked a bit high against the walls sometimes. There’s a lot of paper moving around every day. We try to keep it all organized, but when things get really busy, the desks tend to get a bit messy. It’s a real office where real work happens. We don’t have any fancy uniforms or a polished reception area for guests. Usually, you just walk right in and someone will look up from their computer or their phone to say hello. It’s a straightforward environment for us. We’re just local people doing our jobs in a part of town we know very well.
