Our spot is in Shanti Niwas, over in Shastri Nagar in Kalwa West. If you know Thane, you know how busy it gets around here. We’ve been operating out of this building for a while now. It’s a pretty standard place, nothing too special to look at from the outside, but it works for us. The commute can be a bit of a headache sometimes with the trains and the traffic on the bridge, but once we’re inside Shanti Niwas, things settle down. We have a small team here representing Peninsula Land. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. Our desks are usually covered in files and someone is almost always on the phone. We take our breaks at the local spots nearby, usually grabbing a quick snack or some tea. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels a bit more grounded than being in a massive office park. We deal with whatever comes our way, from site updates to handling local inquiries. It’s a lot of practical, day-to-day stuff that keeps the wheels turning. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we just take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We’re just regular people working in Kalwa, trying to make sure everything with our projects stays on track. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life, and we like the familiarity of Shastri Nagar.
