Our office is in Siddhivinayak Sankul over in the Oak Baug area. We are in office number I 11. It’s a pretty standard commercial space where we handle all our realty projects. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of people; we are just a local team trying to make things work in the property market. Every day is a bit different, depending on which project needs our attention. Sometimes we are out at a site all day, and other times we are stuck at our desks doing the boring legal paperwork. Oak Baug is a decent area and we have good relations with the other businesses in the building. We don’t bother with big presentations or polished sales pitches. We just talk to our clients like normal people and explain what we can do. It’s a messy business sometimes, with lots of delays and things not going according to plan, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve been at Siddhivinayak Sankul for some time now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work we have. We don't try to be anything we’re not. It’s just us, some desks, a few computers, and a lot of determination to get the job finished.
