PATIL DESAI INFRA LLP is based in Thane. We are located at Flat No 201 in Chitalsar Manpada. It is a pretty straightforward place to work from. Thane has grown so much lately, and being in the Chitalsar area means we are surrounded by a lot of new developments. We are an LLP, so it’s a partnership between people who have been in this field for a while. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a flat that we’ve converted into a working space where we can meet and get our plans together. We handle infrastructure work, which keeps us pretty busy most of the year. There isn’t much time for polished speeches or fancy brochures. We spend most of our time looking at project details and making sure our site work is moving along as it should. The office is where the paperwork happens, and it’s usually filled with files and drawings. We are just regular people who know how to build things and manage projects. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do because the work is just what it is. It’s a practical business run by practical people. We like the neighborhood here, it’s got everything we need. Most of the time, we are just focused on the next thing on our list and making sure our partners and everyone we work with is on the same page. That's how we spend our time in Flat 201.
