We've set up our office in Wagle Estate, Thane. Specifically, we're at number 51 in Shiv Shakti Nagar, right near the pipeline on Road No 16. It’s a real working-class area, and that’s exactly how we like it. We started Pathare Builders because we wanted to build things that last for people in our own town. We do a bit of everything—some residential buildings and some commercial spaces too. The office is usually a bit messy with rolls of drawings and samples of tiles all over the place. We don't spend much money on advertising; mostly people just hear about us from their neighbors or friends. Thane has become such a big city now, but we still remember when it felt like a small town. We try to keep that local feeling in how we do things every day. We don't make big promises that we can't keep. If a project is going to take six months, we tell you it’ll take six months. Sometimes there are problems with the supply chain or getting workers to show up on time, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's practical work for practical people. Being near the pipeline means we’re easy to find if you know the local landmarks. We’re just a group of local builders trying to do a good job on every site we take on. We’ve been here a long time now and we aren't planning on going anywhere.
