We are based out here in Ambarnath, right near the Old Ambarnath Gaon. Our office sits on Shivmandir Road. If you know this part of Thane, you know it gets very busy, especially around the temple times. Padmakoshe Builders And Developers Private Limited started because we knew the land around Survey No. 131/3/2 was ready for something to be built. We aren't a massive corporation with glass walls and suits. We are just local people who know how to put bricks and mortar together properly. Developing land in this part of Maharashtra takes a lot of patience. You have to deal with the weather, the local labor, and supplies that show up late more often than not. That is just how things go in this business. We spend our mornings checking on the progress at various plots and the afternoons doing the tedious office work. It is dusty, hard work most of the time. Some days are good, and other days everything feels like a struggle with the machinery or the heavy rain. We have been around the Thane area for a while now. Neighbors often stop by to ask about plots or just to have a quick chat. We keep things pretty simple. No big speeches or corporate talk, just building houses and shops where they are needed.
