Osk Dream Home Private Limited is located inside the Fantasia Multiplex and Entertainment Complex. Our specific unit is S-91 on Plot Number 47 in Sector 30A of Vashi. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a construction office, being in a mall area, but it actually works out well because people are always around. Vashi is a very central part of Navi Mumbai, and there is a lot of energy here. Our office is where we talk to families about their ideas for a home. We don't call them "dream homes" in a fancy way; we just want to help people get the house they want. The space in Fantasia is small but it’s enough for us to meet and go over details. Being in a complex like this means we have good air conditioning, which is a relief in the Mumbai heat. We are often out at sites in Thane or other parts of Navi Mumbai, so the office is our home base for the paperwork side of things. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything stays on track. It can get loud in the mall on weekends, but we’re usually wrapped up by then anyway. It’s a good, practical place for us to run our business.
