Osiris Constrowell Private Limited is based in the Balkum area of Thane. You can find us at A-5/302 in the Shtrughan Kutir CHS, which is part of Yashasvi Nagar. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but it is a good spot for us. We are a small construction firm that focuses on local projects. Being located in a housing society like Shtrughan Kutir means we are surrounded by the very things we work on—homes and community spaces. Thane has become so crowded lately, but Balkum still has a bit of its own character. We spend our days managing various construction sites, making sure the workers have what they need and the plans are being followed. We do not have a big fancy office with air conditioning in every room. Usually, the desk is covered in maps and site photos. We are not interested in sounding corporate or using big words to describe what we do. We build things. That is the long and short of it. Sometimes the rain slows us down or there is a shortage of sand, but we just keep pushing through. We have been part of the local landscape for a while and we plan on staying. It is honest work and we take it one day at a time, making sure each task is finished before moving to the next one. We just like to get things done without making a scene.
