OSHO SHERGAR CONSTRUCTION LLP is based right in Thane West, which is always a bit of a chaotic place to work. Our office is at Number 01 in Gadre Wadi, and being near Vishwas Hospital means there’s always a lot of activity outside. Vishnu Nagar is a busy neighborhood, so getting in and out can take some time. We aren’t a huge corporation with floors of people; it’s a pretty small operation where we all know each other. The office gets a bit noisy from the street traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it. Most of our time is spent managing the different construction jobs we have going on across Thane and Maharashtra. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of coordinating with workers and making sure we have what we need to keep things moving. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up some plans or talk to a person who can only meet after their own work hours. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on the job at hand. It’s about getting things built and dealing with the usual problems that pop up in construction, like permits or bad weather. We just try to stay practical and get through the week. If you’re ever around Gadre Wadi, you’ll find us there, probably trying to find a parking spot like everyone else or just finishing up the morning paperwork.
