Our office is located on the 14th floor of Kesar Solitaire, which is in Sector 19 of Sanpada. It’s a pretty tall building on Plot No 5. Working up on the 14th floor gives us a decent view of Navi Mumbai, which is a nice break when we've been staring at screens too long. ORANGE NIRMAN REALTORS LLP is based right here in Thane district. Sanpada is a busy area with a lot of new developments popping up everywhere. We are part of that growth, just doing our bit from this office space. It’s a professional environment but we don't like to make it feel too stiff. We talk to each other like normal people and keep things moving. The building has a lot of other companies too, so the elevators can be a bit of a wait during lunch. We handle our real estate and realtor tasks throughout the week. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. We don't have any fancy slogans or big promises to show off. We just show up at Kesar Solitaire, take the lift up, and get our work done. It’s a solid place to be based. Most of the people on our floor are just trying to get through their to-do lists, and we are no different. It’s a straightforward way to run a business in Sanpada, and we like being here.
