Oneplus Buildcon Llp is right in the middle of the action at Miraroad East. We have a shop, number 107, inside the Rassaz Shopping area which is part of the Rassaz Multiplex. It’s near Siddharth Nagar, on the way to the station road. Being in a shopping complex means there is always people walking by and music or movie sounds from the multiplex. It’s a lively spot to have an office. We have been in this part of Thane for a bit now. Our shop isn't very large, but it fits everything we need to run the business. We deal with building projects and construction stuff around the local area. Most people stop in because they saw our sign while going to the movies or shopping nearby. It’s a handy location for us. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between the shop and our sites. Miraroad is growing fast, so there is always a lot of dust and new buildings going up. We are just part of that whole process. Sometimes the trains are loud and the station road gets incredibly crowded, but it keeps us connected to the rest of the city. We don't have any fancy receptionists or anything, just us working at our desks. It is a straightforward setup for a straightforward business. We just keep busy and try to stay out of the rain. It's a good place to work.
