Onecast Constructions Private Limited is located on the second floor of the Asiatic Arcade. You can find us at number 61 on Pokharan Road No. 10 in Vartak Nagar. It’s a busy part of Thane, and we’ve been working out of this office for some time now. We are a construction company, so most of our work happens out on the various sites we manage. The office is just a place for us to gather, look at plans, and handle the administrative side of things. It’s not a polished corporate environment. Usually, there are rolls of drawings and stacks of files everywhere. We don’t have any marketing people on staff to write nice things about us. We’re just builders who know the trade. Dealing with the traffic on Pokharan Road is a daily struggle, but it’s part of the job. We spend our hours making phone calls to suppliers and checking on our work crews. Construction is full of surprises, and not always the good kind, so we have to stay on our toes. We don’t make big claims about being the best. We just do the work that we’re hired to do and try to finish it without too many headaches. It’s a practical, hands-on business. We’re just a group of people working hard in the construction industry, trying to get things built the right way. It’s simple work, even if it feels a bit complicated some days.
