Om Vaastu Icon LLP is located in room 106 of the Kalika Tower. We’re right across from Pratap Cinema on Kolbad Road in the Khopat area. It’s a busy little corner of the world. Being near the cinema makes it easy for people to find us. The tower itself is an older building, but it works well for what we do. Our office is on the first floor, so you don't have to go far up. We spend our days here working on property plans and talking to folks about their homes. It’s a pretty basic setup with some old desks and a few computers. We aren't into the whole corporate polish thing. We just focus on getting the jobs done. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside when a movie lets out or the traffic on Kolbad Road picks up, but that’s just life in Khopat. We’ve been here for a while and know the neighbors. We don't use much marketing jargon because we think our work should speak for itself. People drop by to discuss their projects or just to check on things. We try to be helpful and honest about what we can do. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows what’s going on with every project. It keeps things simple and helps us stay on top of the daily tasks we have to finish.
