Om Sai Veg & Non Veg Chinese Corner

We are located in Thane West, specifically at the Saraswati Foundation on Ram Maruti Road. You can find us right opposite the P N Gadgil Jewellers. It’s a very busy street with a lot of shopping and people walking by all the time. Our place serves both veg and non-veg Chinese food, which keeps us pretty busy in the evenings. The 400601 area is always lively, and we are right in the middle of it. The kitchen is small but we manage to pump out a lot of dishes. We have a few guys who handle the woks and the chopping. It’s a bit noisy with the sound of the fans and the fire, but that is how a Chinese corner usually is. We don't have much in the way of fancy seating, just a few spots where you can sit and eat your noodles. A lot of people prefer to take their food home instead. We start prepping the sauces and cutting the vegetables early in the afternoon. Ram Maruti Road is famous for food, so we have to stay on our toes. We aren't some big corporate company, just a small local shop. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients by the end of the night if it’s been a really busy day. We just do our thing, cook the food, and clean up for the next day. It’s a simple business and we like the people who stop by.
