Om Divine Buildcon Llp

Our office is number 19 in the Hill Spring building, right across from the D Mart on Ghodbunder Road. Kavesar is a busy part of Thane and we have been here for a while now. We are a buildcon firm, which basically means we handle construction and development projects. Most of our work is right here in the Thane area. You can see the cranes and the half-finished buildings all along the road. We are one of the teams working on those projects. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours. We don't have a fancy corporate culture. We are just local people who know how to construct buildings. The office is mostly used for meeting with clients and sorting out the legal paperwork. Ghodbunder Road is always packed with traffic, which shows just how many people are moving here. We try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who walks in. We don't use a lot of sales talk or try to make things sound better than they are. Building something takes time and effort, and we just tell people the truth about that. It’s a tough business with a lot of moving parts. We deal with suppliers, laborers, and the local authorities every day. It’s never a boring day at Om Divine. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar. That’s how we like to operate.
