Om Aaditya Infra Llp is based in Navi Mumbai. Our office is situated in the Haware Infotech Park, which is in Sector No. 30, Vashi. Specifically, we are at Office No. 1409 on the 14th floor of Plot No. 39/3. Even though we’re in a big tech park, we’re a fairly grounded infrastructure firm. Navi Mumbai is a place that’s always expanding, and being in Vashi puts us right in the center of that growth. The 400706 area is a hub for many businesses, so there’s always a lot of energy in the building. We don’t have a lot of time for marketing speak or trying to sound more impressive than we are. We just focus on the infra projects that we have on our plate. The view from the 14th floor is wide, showing a lot of the city we help build, but our eyes are usually on the documents on our desks. It’s a busy office, with people coming in and out all day. We aren’t a giant corporation with hundreds of employees; we’re a smaller, more focused team. We deal with the usual day-to-day hassles of the construction and infrastructure world. Sometimes the lifts in the Haware park take forever, which is just part of the daily routine here. We don’t have a PR person to write our story. We just do our work, manage our sites, and try to keep everything on track. It’s a simple, honest approach to business.
