NRS BUILDCON LLP

NRS Buildcon LLP is tucked away in the Om Chintamani building over on Sitaramsheath Chavan Marg. We are on the seventh floor of the B Wing, specifically in room 712. Khed Gully is one of those places that stays active all day long. It’s a typical Mumbai housing society atmosphere where everyone is moving around. Our office isn’t huge, but it fits what we need for the buildcon business. You spend a lot of time waiting for the elevator in Plot 1293, especially during the morning rush. Once you get up to the seventh floor, it’s a bit calmer. We have our files stacked up and a few chairs for visitors. The work involves a lot of coordination between different sites and making sure the supplies are moving. It’s mostly just us sitting around the table going over site updates. The area around Sitaramsheath Chavan Marg is pretty crowded, so getting in and out takes some patience. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights outside. It’s just a workspace where we try to stay organized. Sometimes the wind gets quite loud up on the seventh floor when there’s a storm. We’ve been working out of this B Wing office for a while now, and it’s become our second home. It is a very normal, local operation without any bells and whistles, just people working on construction projects day in and day out.
