Our team is based in Navi Mumbai, specifically over in Sector-11 within Juhugaon. You can find our office at House Number 928, in Room Number 203. It is a pretty modest workspace, nothing like those fancy glass-walled offices you might see in the middle of the city. We spend most of our time dealing with various construction projects across the Thane and Navi Mumbai region. Being located in Juhugaon gives us a pretty good base to reach all our different building sites without too much trouble. The 400703 area is where we have settled down for the long haul. It can get quite noisy in this neighborhood because there is always some kind of development happening nearby, but we have gotten used to it. Our crew is small and we mostly stay focused on the technical parts of the building process. There are usually blueprints spread out across the tables and phones ringing with status updates from the ground. We handle all the heavy paperwork and the project planning from this one room. It has been our home for several years now. We know all the local roads and the best shortcuts to take when the traffic gets bad. Construction life is not always clean or easy, but we enjoy being right in the middle of the action. We just try to keep things moving forward one step at a time. It is a very practical way to run a business.
