Novel Structural Developers Privatelimited

We are based in the Viento building, room C 1503, which is part of Lakeshore Greens in Palava City. It’s out in the Kalyan area. Being in Palava means everything feels quite new and planned out. Novel Structural Developers is our small company where we handle the technical side of building structures. The view from the 15th floor is actually pretty nice, you can see a lot of the township from here. We spend a lot of time looking at structural drawings and calculating materials. It’s a lot of math and double-checking figures. The office is usually filled with the sound of keyboards and the hum of the air conditioner. We have a few plants in the corner that we try to keep alive, though we sometimes forget to water them. Since we are in a newer development, there is always some construction going on nearby, which is fitting for what we do. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the technical details that keep buildings standing. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it is important. Sometimes we have to go down to the sites to inspect the steel or the concrete. The walk through Lakeshore Greens is actually quite pleasant in the evenings when it cools down a bit. We are just a few engineers and developers trying to make sure everything is built right. It’s a steady job and we like the environment here.
