Nordia Buildcon Private Limited

Nordia Buildcon is based in E-603 at the Shreepati-Iv building, which is part of the Kanungo group in the Poonam Sagar Complex. We are right on the 100 Ft Road in Mira Road East. Being on the sixth floor gives us a bit of a view of the busy street below, but we don't spend much time looking out the window. There is usually too much work to do. Our office is a residential flat that we’ve converted into a workspace, so it has a very homey and informal feel. We have files stacked on the kitchen counters and blueprints spread across the dining table. It’s how we like to work—close to the ground and without any of the fancy corporate stuff. The Poonam Sagar area is a big residential hub, so we are surrounded by the people we actually build for. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with suppliers and making sure the labor is showing up on time at the different sites we manage in Thane. The traffic on 100 Ft Road can be a nightmare in the evening, so we often stay late to finish our paperwork and wait for the roads to clear up. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just have our reputation and the physical buildings we leave behind.
