We are based over in Virar East, right on Phool Pada Road. Our office is in the Mandardeep Apartment, specifically room A/311. If you know the area, you probably know the old ice factory nearby; we are tucked right behind that. Most days start pretty early here. The street gets busy with people heading to the station, and you can hear the local traffic from our balcony. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. It’s a plain office, nothing too fancy, just some desks and chairs where we handle the paperwork and meet with people. Being in Virar East means we see the town changing every day. You get used to the sounds of the neighborhood, like the delivery trucks or the kids playing downstairs. Sometimes the elevator in Mandardeep is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs to the third floor. It’s a regular residential building with families living all around us, which makes the work environment feel quite grounded. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just us in a flat turned into an office space. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to folks who stop by to ask questions. Usually, someone is making tea in the small kitchen area. It’s a practical place to work from and being near the ice factory makes it easy to give directions to anyone coming to see us for the first time.
