Our office is up on the thirteenth floor of Progressive Highness. It is in Sector 16A in Sanpada. Being in Flat 1301 gives us a pretty decent view of the area, though we spend most of our time looking at blueprints and files. Sanpada is a central place to be for this kind of work in Navi Mumbai. The building is right there on Plot 56. It is a bit of a walk from the train station, but it is not too bad if the weather is okay. We have been working out of this space for a while now. It started with just two of us and a few folders on a desk. Now we have a bit more going on, but the core of what we do stays the same. We handle the building side of things and try to make sure everything gets done the way it should be. Dealing with construction means a lot of coordination. You have to talk to contractors, check on materials, and keep an eye on the schedule. Some days are slow, filled with just sorting through emails and taking calls. Other days we are barely in the office because there is so much to check on-site. We do not really do the flashy sales thing. We just tell people what we are building and let them decide. It is a practical approach and we focus on the work itself.
