Nine Streets Llp

We are located at 804, B Wing Artica, which is part of the Lodha Aqua complex in Mahajan Wadi. It is right on the W.E. Highway, opposite Central Mall in Mira Road (E). Being up on the 8th floor gives us a bit of a view of the highway, which is always packed with cars. We called our business Nine Streets Llp, and we have been working out of this office for a while. It is a nice enough building, but we are usually too busy to notice much. We have a lot of files and maps piled up on our desks. Our team is small, and we mostly just handle property development and management stuff. Mira Road East is a busy area and it has grown a lot lately. We spend a lot of our time driving back and forth between different sites. We don't have a corporate vibe at all. We are just regular people who show up to work every day. Sometimes we forget to answer emails because we are out on a site somewhere. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. We just try to get the work done and move on to the next thing. It is a lot of phone calls and checking on builders. We like being in this part of the city even if the traffic is bad. It feels like we are right in the action.
