NAVEEN HOUSING DEVELOPERS LLP is based in the Shanti Nagar area of town. We are specifically in Sector IV, at A/2 003 in the Prabhakar Shantinagar CHS Ltd. Our office is really close to the railway station, so it’s easy for our staff and contractors to get here. You can hear the trains passing by all day, which you get used to after a while. We are on the ground floor, so people often just pop their heads in to ask us something. We are into housing development, which means we spend a lot of time looking for new plots and figuring out how to fit everything in. Our office isn't some high-tech studio. It’s got a few desks, a lot of files, and usually a few samples of plumbing fixtures or tiles sitting on the floor. We aren't big on fancy titles or corporate meetings. We just sit down and figure out the best way to get a project finished. Being in Shanti Nagar for so long, we’ve seen a lot of the older buildings get replaced. We try to be a part of that in a way that makes sense for the people living here. It's a lot of hard work and sometimes the paperwork takes forever, but we stick with it. We just want to build decent places for people to live. That is the long and short of it.
