Natu Paranjape Infra Limited

We're based in Thane West, right on Ram Maruti Road. Our office is at 701, Nine Mansi, which is on Cross Lane 1. It’s a pretty central location in Thane. Natu Paranjape Infra Limited is the name of our company. We’ve been involved in local infrastructure work for a while now. Most of what we do involves managing building projects and making sure the engineering side of things is handled. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of layers. We’re a more direct team. You can usually find us in the office on the seventh floor or out at one of the sites in the city. Ram Maruti Road is always bustling, so there’s a lot of energy around us. We don't go in for big, polished presentations. We prefer to just sit down and talk about the work. Building things in an old city like Thane has its challenges, especially with the tight spaces and old pipes. We just deal with it as it comes. It’s a lot of coordination between different workers and the city rules. We try to keep our head down and just focus on getting the buildings finished. It’s simple, honest work. We’ve been in this neighborhood a long time and we know how things work here. That’s just who we are and what we do, day in and day out.
