Down in Navi Mumbai, we have our office in Arenja Towers. It is located in Sector 11 of CBD Belapur, which is a bit more organized than other areas. We are up on the 12th floor, giving us a decent view, but we are usually too busy to look out. Most of our time is spent on paperwork or visiting sites in Thane and nearby spots. Navi Mumbai has its own feel, and we have been part of it for a while. Our group is small and we know the construction business well enough. We don't use big words to sound important. Much of the day is spent checking if trucks arrived or if the cement mix is right. It gets windy up here, and the summer heat is no joke for the guys on the ground. We don't have a polished image or a marketing team. Usually, we are just tired and thinking about the next deadline. If materials don't show up or rain ruins the concrete, we just figure out a solution. It is not a perfect business and we are not perfect people. We just show up and do the work. The office is just a place to get things organized before we head back out. Every building we finish is just another job finished.
