Mumbai Infra Developers Private Limited is located over in Mira Road. You can find us at A-102 in the Nirmal Nagar CHS building, which is near St. Thomas Church in Sai Babanagar. Mira Road is a really lively place to be, and there is always something happening right outside our door. Our office is a simple apartment that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s where we handle all the boring but necessary stuff like permits and payroll. We build things around the Thane area, and it keeps us pretty busy most of the year. We don’t have a big team of sales people. Usually, if you call, you’ll talk to one of the same three or four people who have been here since the start. We know the local area well, including all the shortcuts to avoid the worst of the traffic. Sometimes the rain in Mumbai makes our job a nightmare, but we’ve learned how to work around it over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to build things that stay up and satisfy the people who live in them. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep our interactions that way too. No big words or empty promises, just work. If you are ever near the church, you’ll probably see our sign. We are just local builders who take pride in what we do.
