M'SONS BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS LLP

We've got two units, 34 and 35, inside the Maruti Shopping Complex in Ulhasnagar. It's part of the Pooja Trading Corporation area, which is always buzzing with people and trade. Ulhasnagar is a busy place, and our office is no different. We have people coming in and out all day asking about local development projects. M'Sons Builders and Developers is a family-run kind of thing, really. We’ve got desks pushed against the walls and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably too full. It gets pretty loud with all the shops nearby, but you get used to it after a week or two. We handle a lot of the local building work here in Thane. It’s a lot of coordination with local suppliers and making sure the guys on the ground have what they need to keep moving. We don't use any big words or try to act like we're some huge corporation. We’re just local people who know how to build things. Sometimes we have to deal with old buildings that need a lot of work, and other times it's starting from scratch. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking permits at the municipal office. We drink too much chai and talk too much about the price of steel. That's just how life is here. We focus on getting the walls up straight and the roofs on tight, and we let the work speak for itself without making a fuss.
