M/S Sheth Developers

Our office is tucked away at 25/797 in the Abhang Co-Op. Housing Society in Vartaknagar. Being in Thane, we are right in the middle of a very busy area. M/S Sheth Developers has been around for some time, and we mostly focus on the local building needs. Our space isn't anything special to look at, just a functional office where we keep our maps, blueprints, and project files. There is usually a lot of noise coming from the street, and our desk is often covered in piles of paper. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with shiny floors and uniforms. We’re just a small group of people who understand how construction works in this part of town. Most of our days are spent talking to contractors or visiting sites around Thane-400606. It can be a bit of a headache dealing with all the permissions and the weather, but we manage. We don't go around making big promises we can't keep. We just tell people what is possible and try to stick to the schedule. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. If you come by the society, you’ll find us in the back, probably arguing over a floor plan or checking on a delivery. We like being part of the community here and try to keep things straightforward and simple for everyone we work with.
