Moon Star Developers Llp is based in Ulhasnagar. Our office is on the first floor of Regency House, which is right across from Vishnu Darshan and near the telephone exchange. If you know the area, it’s a pretty easy spot to find. We are in the business of developing property, which keeps us pretty tied up most of the week. The office isn't anything fancy. It’s just a place where we keep our files and meet with people to talk about projects. Ulhasnagar is a busy, noisy place, and that energy definitely spills over into our work. We have a lot of different things going on at once. Sometimes it feels like we are just constantly chasing after the next permit or trying to track down a supplier. We don't have a polished corporate image. We are just local people working in the local area. Our team is small, and we all pitch in wherever we are needed. Some days I’m at my desk all day, and other days I’m out at a site getting my shoes dirty. We don't make any grand promises. We just try to do the work as best as we can and keep things moving forward. It’s a practical business run by practical people. We’ve been here for a while now and we know the neighborhood well. It’s just a regular office where we do our best to build things that will last. Hopefully, the buildings we make will serve the community for a long time.
