MIND SPEED CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We’ve been operating Mind Speed Constructions Private Limited out of our place in Greystone Heights for a while now. Sector 12 in Kamothe is a busy spot, and being up on the 13th floor gives us a decent view of how much the area is changing. It’s mostly just us handling the usual construction paperwork and meeting with site supervisors to see where the projects are at. Some days it’s quiet, and other days the phones don’t stop ringing at all. We don’t have a big fancy reception area or anything like that. It’s a working office where we keep the plans and the files. People around Navi Mumbai know us as the guys who just get on with the job without making too much noise about it. We started this because we knew the building trade well and wanted to do things our way. It isn’t always easy with the weather or the material costs going up and down, but we manage to stay on track. Most of our mornings start with a quick tea and then checking the schedules for the different sites. We try to keep things straightforward with the people we hire and the folks we build for. If you come by Plot No 79, you’ll see we’re just regular people trying to run a decent business. We’ve seen Kamothe grow so much since we set up here, and it feels good to be a small part of that growth.
