MHATRE'S HAVENHAUS BUILDILITY PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located at Shop No. 1 in Raghuveer Nagar, which is quite close to the Ram Mandir here in Dombivli. Most days start early for us because the area gets busy with people heading to the temple. Our office, Mhatre’s Havenhaus Buildility, is not a very large space but it serves its purpose for our daily construction management and paperwork. You can usually find a couple of us sitting around the main desk surrounded by rolled-up drawings and site registers. The walls have a few calendars and some old photos of projects we finished a while back. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so we keep the ceiling fan running at full speed. Outside, you can hear the sounds of the local market and the occasional bell from the temple. We don’t really go in for fancy signs or bright lights. Most of our neighbors know us by name and stop by to chat or ask about local building stuff. It is a practical office where we handle the day-to-day grind of the construction business. We drink a lot of tea from the stall next door while we wait for site supervisors to call in with updates. The floor is a bit worn from people coming in and out with dusty boots, but that’s just part of the job. We keep things straightforward here without much fuss.
