We are located at House Number 7868 in Ambernath East, over in the Barkupada area. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the Tabela there. It’s a bit of a walk from the main station, but it’s a decent neighborhood to work in. Mepatil Buildcon is basically just a few of us who handle construction work around Thane. The office is really just a part of the house, so it has a very local, homey feel to it. You won’t find any glass partitions or shiny elevators here. Instead, there are usually some boots by the door and a lot of blueprints spread out on the table. We get started early in the morning before it gets too hot. Barkupada is a busy little pocket, and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors pretty well over the years. Construction is a messy business, and we often come back to the office covered in dust from the sites. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are in the Ambernath area. We deal with the local suppliers and try to keep our projects moving along despite the usual delays with labor or weather. It’s just a small, straightforward operation run right out of House 7868.
