MDR GRUHAM CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

MDR Gruham Constructions LLP is basically a small team working out of Shop No. 1 in the Lodha Heaven area of Dombivali East. It’s right there near the Shakuntala Shrushti building. If you know the Hariom Developers spot, that is where we hang out most days. We started this thing because we saw how much building was happening around Thane and Kalyan. It’s a busy place with lots of dust and noise, but that’s just how it is here. Our office isn’t anything fancy. It’s a practical space where we look over site plans and talk to contractors who drop by. People usually find us because they live nearby or they’re walking past the shop on their way home. We handle a lot of the local building stuff that happens in this part of Maharashtra. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea, and other days it’s total chaos with phone calls and people asking about project dates. We don’t have a big marketing team or a shiny reception area. It’s just us trying to keep the projects moving forward without too many headaches. Sometimes the traffic near Lodha Heaven makes getting to the site a real pain, but we manage. Being in Dombivali means you get used to the crowd. We’ve been here for a bit now and mostly deal with the people who know the neighborhood well. It’s just honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
