MD Realtors & Developers LLP is located right in Virar West, specifically in Shop No. 3 at the Peninsula Park Building. If you know where the D-Mart is or the New Viva College, we’re right near there, which makes it pretty easy for people to find us. Being in the Palghar district, specifically the Thane area, we stay quite busy with all the new stuff coming up around here. Our day usually starts with a lot of coffee and checking on whatever building project is currently underway. We deal with real estate and development, so there is always a lot of back and forth between the office and the construction sites. It isn't a very large office, but it works for what we need. We handle the usual things like permits, talking to contractors, and checking on materials. It’s a bit noisy around here with the college and the shopping nearby, but we like being where the action is. We aren't the type to use big words or fancy brochures. We just show people what we’re working on and let that speak for itself. Most of our projects are right here in the Virar area. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially when the weather isn't helping us out, but we keep pushing forward with the next building. It is a good neighborhood to work in and we stay focused on the task.
