Mauli Swaraj Infrabuild Private Limited is located at Flat No. 002 in Bhagasheth Vaze Hights. You can find us right opposite the rationing shop in Manpada. It’s a pretty easy landmark to give people. Being on the ground floor is convenient because we don’t have to deal with elevators or stairs when we’re carrying files or equipment. The office is part of a residential building, so it has a very local, neighborhood feel to it. We handle a lot of infrabuild projects from this small space. It’s mostly just us sitting around a couple of desks, making calls and checking on site progress. Manpada is a busy area in Thane, so there’s always something going on outside our window. We’ve got the basics here—a computer, a printer, and a lot of tea. It’s not the kind of place that’s designed to impress anyone with expensive furniture. We just need a spot to work and meet with the guys from the sites. Sometimes the rationing shop across the street gets a big queue, and it’s interesting to see the neighborhood go about its day. We are just a local company trying to get our construction work done right. It’s a practical office for a practical business. We’ve been here for a bit now and it suits us just fine. No fancy gadgets or high-rise views, just our little corner in Thane.
