The office is at Faiz Terrace, right off the Mumbra Bypass Road. It gets pretty noisy with all the trucks going past, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been in this spot, Office No. 3/75, for a while. Usually, the morning starts with unlocking the shutters and checking what needs to be done. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things sorted. People come in and out all day. Some days are slower than others. We have a small desk for paperwork and some space for the equipment. Mumbra has changed a lot since we started. There’s more traffic every year. Sometimes the tea stall down the road is the only place to get a break. We try to keep things organized, but when it’s busy, things pile up. My brother helps out sometimes when I’m out on a call. We just handle the day-to-day tasks without much fuss. If you’re looking for us, look for the sign near the bypass. It’s a bit faded from the sun. The rain usually leaks a little near the window, but we put a bucket there and it’s fine. We know most of the neighbors in the building. It’s just a normal business run by normal people. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything works. Most people find us through word of mouth or by seeing the office while stuck in traffic.
