Our business is located in Kharegaon, specifically in building 9, flat 1202 of the Ozone Valley complex in Parsik. Being up on the twelfth floor gives us a bit of a view, but we are usually too busy to look out the window. We provide building solutions, which basically means we help figure out the technical parts of construction and make sure things are built the right way. The office is really just a flat that we’ve filled up with samples of tiles, hardware, and plenty of paperwork. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. We don't have a front desk or a lobby, so if you come by, you’ll likely walk straight into a room where someone is looking over a set of plans. We started this company because we enjoy the challenge of making things work on a construction site. It’s a lot of coordination between different trades and making sure everyone is on the same page. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic, and the phone doesn't stop ringing all afternoon. We don't use a lot of big words or try to pretend we are something we aren't. We are just a local team that knows how to get a building finished. There’s always some new problem to solve, whether it’s a delay in shipping or a change in the design, but we just take it as it comes and keep moving.
