We've been operating out of Punyodaya Park for a while now. Our office is right there in A5/704, which is pretty close to Don Bosco School in Adharwadi. If you know Kalyan, you know it gets busy around here, especially during school hours. We focus on project development, mostly handling the day-to-day coordination and paperwork that comes with this kind of work in Maharashtra. It’s not a big fancy setup, just a practical space where we get things done. Sometimes the traffic near the school makes getting to the office a bit of a hassle, but we manage. People usually find us by looking for the park first. We have a small team here. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking over site plans. We don't really go for all that flashy corporate stuff you see in big cities. It's just us working out of this flat in Thane district. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone we deal with. Being in Kalyan means we are right in the middle of a lot of growth, so there is always something happening around the corner. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the last few years. Usually, one of us is in the office during normal hours, unless we're out visiting a site. It’s a quiet enough spot once you get inside. We just stick to what we know and try to keep the projects moving along.
