We don't have a big staff, so when you call or stop by, you’re talking directly to the person making the decisions. It’s a simple, honest way to run a development business. We’ve seen a lot of houses go up in this part of Maharashtra, and it feels good to be a part of that. Sometimes it’s a bit cramped with all the project files, but we manage to keep things moving.
