MANOKSH CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Manoksh Construction Private Limited has its office in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. We are on the 13th floor of Satra Plaza in Sector 19. It’s a tall building and we have a good view, but we spend most of our time looking at blueprints and budget sheets instead of out the window. Vashi is a busy place for construction, and being in Satra Plaza puts us right in the middle of everything. We’ve been doing this for a while. Construction isn't easy work, and it definitely isn't as clean as the finished buildings look. Our office is full of samples of tiles, bricks, and different kinds of wood. It can get a bit cluttered. We aren't the type of people to use corporate jargon or make big promises we can't keep. We just build things. We deal with the daily headaches of permits and labor and rising costs of steel. That’s just part of the job. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just talk to people like normal human beings. Most of our work comes from being reliable and showing up when we say we will. We are just a local business trying to make a living and build solid structures. If you come up to the 13th floor, you’ll see we are just regular people working hard. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just want to get the buildings finished and move on to the next one.
