Manik Infratech Private Limited is located in Ambernath, which is out in the Thane district. Our office is in the Damodhar Building, specifically Flat 401/B at Navare Plaza. It is a familiar landmark for people who live around here. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of distance from the noise of the street and the shops below. We handle infratech projects, so there is always something going on with materials or labor schedules that we need to fix. The office is pretty basic. We have some computers, a few chairs for guests, and a lot of folders stacked up on the wooden shelves. It is a bit cramped when the whole team is in at the same time, but we make it work. Ambernath has a different pace than central Mumbai, and we like that. We know the local vendors and the people who live in the building. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a quote or check on a design, but we try to keep a decent balance. We are not a huge corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a local business trying to do a good job on the projects we take on. There is no script when you call us, just one of us answering the phone. We do not use big words to describe what we do. We just build things and try to make sure they stay built. It is just regular work for regular people.
