Our office is Room No 104 in the Sai Dham building. It’s right there in the Lotus Compound in Vaitywadi. Nalasopara East is a busy place, and we’re right in the middle of it. Maa Shitla Buildcon Private Limited is a small team. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on the building projects we have in front of us. Most of the time, the office is full of site maps and samples of tiles or bricks. It gets a bit crowded when the whole crew is in there at once. We’ve been working around Thane for a while now. We know the local rules and the people. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We're just builders. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days we are out in the sun all afternoon. That’s just the way it goes in this business. We handle the stuff people don't want to deal with, like the permits and the heavy lifting. It’s practical work. We’ve got a few projects going on right now in the Vasai area. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can without rushing the important bits. If you stop by Sai Dham, just look for the sign near the compound entrance. We're usually there until late making sure the numbers add up and the next day’s material delivery is on its way.
