Luxejade Home Developers LLP is based out of flat number 2403 in the Athena C building. This is part of the Rustomjee Urbania complex, right off the Eastern Express Highway. Being on the twenty-fourth floor gives us a pretty wide view of everything, but mostly we are looking at computer screens and blueprints. The highway is always humming below us. It is a bit of a trek to get up here, but the building is modern enough. Even though we are in a residential-looking complex, this is where the planning happens. We spend our days coordinating with teams and trying to figure out the best way to put homes together. It’s not a traditional office with a storefront. It’s more of a quiet space where we can focus on the details of development without too many distractions. Sometimes the wind really whistles against the windows since we are so high up. We are just a small team trying to manage big projects from this flat. It’s a bit cramped with all the samples and files we have lying around, but it works for us. We don’t have any big corporate signs out front. If you are coming to see us, you just have to follow the signs for Athena C and hope the high-speed lift is working like it should. We are just here, working away on the next set of plans, trying to get every little detail right for the buildings.
